Question & Answer

Who is Carrie Michele Myers and who does she help?
Carrie helps midlife moms build true, unshakable confidence by aligning with their God-given purpose. Her message is clear: “You’re not too late, you’re right on time
What’s the focus of Carrie’s coaching and why is it different?
Her coaching goes deeper than “just feel confident.” She teaches that real confidence is rooted in worth and identity, not likes, opinions, or performance, and that worth is something you already have, not something you earn.
What parts of Carrie’s background shaped her path into coaching?
She has a degree in exercise science, spent years as a stay-at-home mom, built a long career in freelance writing/editing, and taught fitness and workshops. She also trained as a coach early on and later pursued additional certification that fit her mindset-focused approach.
How did COVID impact her work and what shift came from it?
COVID shut down much of her in-person business and even her cardiac rehab work. That disruption pushed her to pivot, pray for clarity, and eventually focus her coaching more specifically on confidence and worth, with faith at the center.
What personal struggles did Carrie share, and what did she learn through them?
She shared heartbreak, loss, and a season of feeling unworthy, including her father’s passing and a broken engagement. She learned to surrender daily, “wait” when God says wait, and build deeper intimacy with God, holding onto promises like Isaiah 41:13: God is with you and helps you.
