Question & Answer

Who is Anita Smith and what is her mission?
Anita Smith is a seasoned entrepreneur, certified coach, global speaker, author, and founder of Meant for More LLC and Bold Moves Academy. Her mission is to help individuals, especially those impacted by trauma and narcissistic abuse, reclaim their identity, confidence, and God-given purpose so they can live boldly and lead powerfully.
What core belief drives Anita’s work with individuals?
Anita believes that there are no quitters, only people who haven’t yet learned the skill set to live a bold life. She teaches that struggle is often training, not failure, and that growth begins when people are willing to shift perspective, regulate emotions, and ground themselves in truth rather than fear or feelings.
Why does Anita emphasize emotional regulation so strongly?
Anita explains that many people make decisions based on emotion rather than truth, which can lead to poor outcomes. Emotional regulation helps individuals pause, ask better questions, and respond intentionally instead of reacting. She views it as a foundational skill for leadership, self-worth, and long-term resilience.
How did Anita become passionate about helping survivors of narcissistic abuse?
Anita’s passion comes from personal experience. Growing up around narcissistic dynamics, she became a master observer of behavior patterns. Rather than only teaching awareness of manipulation, she focuses on helping survivors stand in their identity, rebuild trust in themselves, and move from survival mode into confident leadership.
What message does Anita want people to remember about worthiness and purpose?
Anita reminds people that worthiness is not earned through perfection. Knowing who you are and whose you are changes everything. She teaches that everyone has a unique calling, that struggle can become strength, and that when people stop shrinking and start leading, their lives can become a source of light, healing, and inspiration for others.
