This interview is a reminder to celebrate the WOW, recognize what God has already done, and boldly walk in itβespecially as Ann prepares to launch her new program, The Mindset Reset, on March 10. π
If youβve ever felt small, silenced, or stuck, this conversation will stir hope, courage, and a fresh mindset for the life you were created to live. π
Question & Answer

Ann, in one sentence, what do you help women do?
I help women stop shrinking, find their voice, set healthy (godly) boundaries, and stand unshakable in fearless faith so they can live with joy and purpose.
You shared youβre from Prince Edward Island. How has that shaped you?
PEI is a gentle, close-knit place, and that gentleness shows up in how I listen, how I lead, and how I walk with women patiently through messy, real-life change.
Your marriage story really stood out, especially the βcreeping separateness.β What happened and what did you learn?
About 10 years in, we realized weβd grown emotionally distant, so we rolled up our sleeves, got help, learned new skills, and fell in love again. I learned: donβt give up too soon, because on the other side of hard there can be really good things.
You mentioned Maxwell training was a game changer. How did it help you and your work?
It gave me community, coaching skills, and practical content I could use right away, including in places like a local jail and an addiction recovery home. It also helped me grow into creating my own programs, and eventually building βFor Better Forever.β
What are you working on right now, and what transformation do you want women to experience?
Iβm launching a new program called βThe Mindset Reset: Transforming Your Inner Voiceβ (a 7-week course). It helps women notice the lies and stories running on autopilot, flip the script, and move from chaos, devalued, fearful to confident, courageous, and leading their lives again, and then they get to βcelebrate the wow.βΒ
