Question & Answer

What inspired you to create the High Jump Leadership Method?
My journey into entrepreneurship and leadership coaching came from a period where I realized something was missing in traditional leadership training. During my time in corporate consulting, I experienced situations where leadership wasn’t aligned with authenticity or personal clarity. That experience led me to ask deeper questions about identity, purpose, and influence. The High Jump Leadership Method was created to help leaders first understand who they truly are and then lead from that place of clarity and authenticity..
How did your early career shape the leader you are today?
Early in my career, I studied engineering but eventually realized that path didn’t fully resonate with me. Instead of following the logical route, I listened to my instincts and transitioned into marketing within the electrical equipment industry. That decision taught me the importance of trusting my inner voice. It was the first time I consciously chose a direction based on what inspired me rather than what simply looked good on paper.
What role did personal challenges play in your growth as a leader?
Some of my greatest growth came from difficult experiences, including career setbacks and a painful relationship breakup. Those moments forced me to examine my beliefs, identity, and purpose. Through mentorship and self-reflection, I realized that true leadership begins with knowing yourself deeply. Those hardships ultimately helped me rebuild my sense of identity and gave me the clarity I now teach others.
What are the core steps of the High Jump Leadership Method?
The method has four key steps:
- Know the Real You – develop deep self-awareness and clarity about your identity.
- Craft Your Authentic Message – define what you stand for and communicate it clearly.
- Speak to Lead – build confidence and presence so you can share your message effectively.
- Message to Market – translate your message into visibility strategies that grow your impact and business.
Who benefits most from your leadership coaching?
I primarily work with entrepreneurs and small business owners. Unlike corporate employees, entrepreneurs are often the face of their brand. Their identity, message, and leadership presence directly influence their success. When they gain clarity about who they are and how they show up in the world, they naturally attract the right clients, opportunities, and partnerships.
