Question & Answer

Michelle, what is “BANK,” and what does a BANK coach actually do?
BANK is reverse-engineered personality science based on core values and buying behavior. A BANK coach helps people identify their “code” (Blueprint, Action, Nurturing, Knowledge) so they can communicate in a way others truly understand, whether in sales, leadership, or relationships.
How did Michelle get into BANK coaching in the first place?
After losing her corporate job and struggling financially while trying to run a startup, Michelle attended a conference, heard Sheri Tree (author of Why They Buy) speak, and bought what she could: the book and value cards. That discovery became a turning point that helped her rebuild her business and her life.
What are the four BANK types, in simple terms?
-
Blueprint (B): structure, plans, rules, stability
-
Action (A): fun, freedom, fast decisions, spontaneity
-
Nurturing (N): relationships, empathy, teamwork, authenticity
-
Knowledge (K): logic, data, research, “it must make sense”
Why did Michelle say BANK “saved” her relationship with her son?
Michelle is more spontaneous and high-energy, but her son is Blueprint-first and needs structure, predictability, and rule-following. Once she understood his core values, she stopped taking his reactions personally and started communicating in a way that made him feel loved, seen, and understood.
