Question & Answer

Nicole, where are you joining from and what’s your family life like right now?
Nicole is coming in from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. She’s a single mom of two kids: her son Carson (14) and her daughter Kenzie (18), and she says her children are her “why” and her biggest motivation.
What is “Unleash Your Inner Diamond,” and who is it for?
It’s Nicole’s signature transformational experience designed for ambitious, high-achieving women who want to rediscover themselves, build unshakable confidence, and create a life that feels aligned, energized, and truly theirs.
What does Nicole focus on most in her coaching approach?
Nicole specializes in identity transformation. She helps clients match the identity they need to live into their dreams, because she believes every dream carries an identity with it.
What tools and methods does Nicole use to create deep, lasting change?
She blends mindset work, movement/embodiment, and advanced hypnotherapy. Nicole explains that the mind and body are deeply connected, and hypnotherapy often helps “unhypnotize” people from limiting stories so they can return to their true self.
How do clients typically feel before working with Nicole, and how do they feel after?
Before: stuck, guilty, hopeful.
After: expansive, self-loving, and confident/knowing (she says they move from hoping they can change to knowing they can, because the inner shift creates the outer results).
