Rachel Borntrager
had the absolute honor of interviewing the incredible Rachel Borntrager inside the You Are Worthy Network—and wow… this is a conversation so many people need right now. 🙌 Rachel is a wife and a mom of five (three biological and two through adoption 💛), and she is on a mission to change the way we understand health, weight loss, and true healing. Her journey is deeply personal. As a child, Rachel struggled with obesity and dyslexia, battling confidence and identity. But everything began to shift when she took control of her health—losing over 70 pounds and stepping into a completely new life. 💪 Today, as a National Board-Certified Holistic Health Coach, she helps busy moms around the world move from feeling 😩 exhausted, hopeless, and stuck… to becoming ✨ energized, confident, and full of hope. Rachel doesn’t believe in quick fixes. Instead, she teaches sustainable transformation through: 🥗 Blood sugar balance 🦠 Gut restoration 🧠 Mindset renewal 😴 Deep, restorative sleep 🌿 Nervous system regulation She reminds us that while obesity may be common—it is NOT harmless. It contributes to inflammation, hormone imbalance, diabetes, heart disease, and more… but the powerful truth is this: so much of it is preventable when we understand how our bodies are designed to function. 🔍 One of the most eye-opening moments in her journey came through her nephew’s severe food reaction, which led her to pursue training in Electrodermal Screening—helping her clients uncover root causes instead of simply masking symptoms. 💡 Through her work with Purposeful Health, Rachel is helping people reduce inflammation, balance hormones, restore energy, and get their lives back. 🌱 And her heart goes even deeper… ❤️ As an adoptive mom herself, she is passionate about supporting other adoptive mothers. She will be hosting a virtual summit at the end of April and has plans for an adoptive mothers’ retreat later this year. 🤝
