Raised in a Christian household as the daughter of a pastor and church builder, she grew up deeply rooted in faith and service. At just six years old, she experienced the heartbreaking loss of her mother to cancer—a defining moment that shaped her compassion, strength, and outlook on life. 💔
Despite early challenges, Michon’s calling was clear—she knew she wanted to become a teacher. 👩🏫 She graduated high school at 16, married at 18, and completed her college degree by 20, stepping into a lifelong journey in education and leadership.
Throughout her career, she has served in multiple levels of education, impacting children, families, and educators while helping build stronger learning environments and healthier school cultures. 📚✨ Alongside her professional work, she leads a weekly women’s Bible study called Gold to Glitter, helping women grow in faith, identity, and confidence. ✝️💛
Michon is also an accomplished author. She co-created The Bible from A–Z with her son and wrote Get Your Ducks in a Row, a practical guide to clarity, alignment, and intentional action. 📖🦆
