Some conversations don’t just inform you…they inspire you. 💙
I recently had the privilege of interviewing the incredible Michelle Tipton Pena inside the You Are Worthy Network, and what a blessing it was.
Michelle is a functional health coach and the founder of Wellness with Michelle, where she helps women increase their capacity, reclaim their energy, and thrive—not just survive.
After studying to become a nurse, Michelle’s life took a different path when she fell in love with the man who would become her husband. Together, they built successful fitness businesses, and for years she poured herself into serving others as a gym owner, personal trainer, and aerobics instructor. 💪
Today, Michelle is especially passionate about helping women understand the importance of gut health, nervous system regulation, and healing from the inside out. She reminds us that what we often try to push through can actually be our bodies asking us to slow down and listen.
During our conversation, Michelle shared how years of stress eventually showed up physically through digestive issues, hives, and feeling completely run down. Those experiences helped shape the mission she now lives every day—helping others find lasting health and renewed capacity. 🌿
Michelle also courageously opened up about the wounds of unworthiness that stemmed from significant childhood trauma, as well as the heartbreaking loss of a stillborn baby. Through it all, her resilience and compassion have become a source of hope for so many. ❤️
What stood out to me just as much as her professional expertise was her heart. Michelle deeply loves her husband, cherishes her three children, and genuinely loves people. That love is evident in the way she serves, listens, and encourages others to become the healthiest version of themselves. 🤗
One of my favorite reminders from our conversation was simple yet powerful:
✨ “You were created for more.” ✨
Whether you’re navigating health challenges, carrying emotional wounds, feeling exhausted, or simply wondering if life has more to offer, I believe you’ll find hope and encouragement in Michelle’s story.
