❤️ Some stories stay with you long after the conversation ends.
This is one of them.
I had the privilege of sitting down with Chad Lubben, and I can honestly say this is one of the most moving and hope-filled interviews we’ve had on the You Are Worthy Network Podcast.
Chad courageously shares parts of his life that many people never talk about.
💔 As a young child, he experienced sexual abuse.
💔 At the age of 12, he learned he had been adopted—a truth that had been kept from him for years. The pain, confusion, and anger that followed sent him down a difficult path as he searched for identity and belonging.
⚾ Despite becoming a gifted baseball player and later building a successful mortgage brokerage, life would bring even greater challenges.
📉 During the housing crisis, Chad lost his business, his livelihood, and the responsibility he carried for 27 employees.
💊 Addiction took hold, and cocaine became part of his life. Eventually, he reached a point of hopelessness where he believed there was no way forward.
🙏 But God wasn’t finished with Chad’s story.
🐶 On the darkest night of his life, with only his faithful bulldog Peyton beside him, Chad cried out to God for help.
That moment became the beginning of a remarkable transformation.
✝️ Through faith in Jesus Christ…
🙏 The encouragement of godly men…
🎯 A clear vision for the life God was calling him to live…
❤️ And a daily commitment to growth…
…God began rebuilding what seemed beyond repair.
Today, Chad is a successful entrepreneur, real estate developer, keynote speaker, author, devoted husband, and proud father to three beautiful daughters.
Yet he will tell you that his greatest accomplishment isn’t found in business—it’s building a life centered on Christ, faith, family, and purpose.
📖 His upcoming book, The Parts No One Tells You, is a powerful reminder that even the deepest wounds can become part of a story of healing, hope, and redemption.
🎙️ In this conversation, we discuss:
✨ Childhood trauma and healing
✨ Identity and belonging
✨ Addiction and recovery
✨ Losing everything—and rebuilding
✨ Faith, purpose, and second chances
✨ Living a life that honors God
❤️ If you or someone you know has ever wondered whether God can redeem a painful past, this conversation is a beautiful reminder that He is still in the business of restoring lives.
🎥 Watch, be encouraged, and share this episode with someone who needs hope today.
Your past does not have the final word. God’s grace does. 🙌
