What happens when the position you love suddenly disappears… and you no longer know who you are? 💔

Janet is the Co-Founder of Life Breakthrough Coaching & Academy, which has trained and certified Christian coaches in more than 60 countries. For nearly two decades, she has helped people overcome limiting beliefs, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence. 🌎🙌
But before helping others find their purpose, Janet faced an identity crisis of her own.
After graduate school and seminary, Janet accepted an interim pastor position at a large church, a role she absolutely loved. After 14 months, burnout hit and the position ended.
Suddenly, she had no job, no permanent home, and no clear sense of who she was without the role she loved.
She eventually found another job, but she was miserable and angry with God. At one point, she even bought a red plastic bat and used it on her bed to release some of that frustration! 😲
But her story didn’t end there.
After getting married, Janet and her husband, Daryl, began exploring coaching together. In 2008, Janet launched her coaching business and discovered her calling. 🔥
